Lustrous Blair Feetrous includes music listening and digital music offerings, with feet-focused creator content and engagement features offered when enabled. Only products presented through an active checkout are available for purchase.
Radio Listening Membership
Feetrous Radio costs $4.99 monthly for unlimited listening while the subscription remains active. Listening access does not confer ownership of recordings or include paid music downloads.
Music Purchases
Individual tracks cost $0.69 each. Customers may combine selected singles in a personal album or collection and pay the displayed cart total. Any applicable taxes and final purchase amount must be disclosed before payment.
Purchased Download Rights
Purchased downloads are independent of the Radio subscription and may be retained after its cancellation. Purchasing a download grants a personal-use license, not copyright ownership or permission to redistribute, resell or commercially exploit the recording. Delivery and re-download limitations must be disclosed.
Subscriptions and Refunds
Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewals. A full refund is available when requested within seven calendar days of the relevant purchase or charge; later requests are reviewed case by case. See Refunds & Cancellation for details.
Feet-Content Subscriptions
Feet photography subscriptions, creator purchases and real-time engagement may be offered separately. Their prices, access rights and any usage limits must be displayed before payment. No general feet-content subscription price is established by these terms.
Adult Eligibility and Consent
Feet-content services are for adults aged 18 or older. Content involving minors, non-consensual content, exploitation, fraud or unlawful activity is prohibited. Users and creators must provide accurate eligibility information where required.
Creators and Intellectual Property
Creators must own or be authorized to distribute their content. Posting content does not automatically transfer underlying copyright. Platform permissions required to host, display, moderate or deliver content remain subject to applicable creator terms.
Accounts and Conduct
Users are responsible for protecting credentials and must not impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, distribute unlawful content, evade access controls or misuse platform services.
Payment Processing
Payment services operate only when enabled through an approved provider. Actual checkout terms, billing descriptors, renewal disclosures and permitted content categories remain subject to the relevant payment provider and applicable law.
